1. Eligibility for Refunds

You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories are intact

  • You have the original proof of purchase

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or personalized products

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  1. Email us at support@wicati.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
